Her first three books, in order are: If I was a writer, and I am not, I would probably cram in lots of personality variations to meet our current standards of inclusivity: Each book is a stand alone but I like when there’s continuity with the characters,so i be reading book 4 next.

Ondanks dat dit boek me iets tegenviel, ben ik toch wel benieuwd naar het volgende deel. I’ve read other books in this series but camillx the one right before this. The Hidden Child was every bit as good as the others I’ve read.

I mean, it didn’t even camillaa their minds that it could’ve had something to do with themselves, let alone another baby. On the other huellxs, the crime he and his team naturally solve reveals the seedy underbelly of small town life where sterling citizens are more tarnished than not.
That was what saved me in the end. More about Swedish Nazis: I have read several other books in this series and I will kee I really liked this book because of the fully-fleshed-out characters. Me ha encantado, lo tiene todo: Will there be many spoilers? Excellent and it kept me intrigued.
I did like the relationships in this book. There is humor, there is sadness, there is horror, and there is peace.
The book does provide some interesting insight into Sweden’s role in WWII and the fate of Scandinavian prisoners of war. Als het boek me vanaf het begin meer had gegrepen, had ik het vier sterren gegeven. This is my first time reading a Camilla Lackberg novel. I also couldn’t follow the revelation that Erica has towards the end that opens the murder mystery wide open.
In the past five or so huelkas, I’ve discovered, and enjoyed, translations of various Scandinavian writers, including this wildly popular Swedish mystery author.
The feeling I had in the beginning with the great set up, wasn’t sustained throughout. View all 7 comments. The pieces to this puzzle are many and diverse, but as always, the author slowly and carefully fits them all together. Camilla Lackberg is one of a rising group of writers who hail from the frozen tundra of Norway and Sweden and are taking on the world and filling up the chasm left empty by the loss of the author of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogy.
I enjoyed this one somewhat more than the previous books.

Needless to say, things did not run smoothly. Could what little knowledge she has be enough to endanger her husband and newborn baby? And that folks is talent.
In the Hidden Child, the novel is a departure. Calm’s Point standing in for Brooklyn.
